Enter by Escalator: Our Main Bank Lobby is only accessible by escalator access.
Mask Up: Keep yourselves and our employees safe. Masks will be provided for you upon arrival.
Bank Alone: Please arrive unaccompanied by children or non-essential parties to your transaction.
Maintain Social Distance: Our floor decals and germ shields are for our employees and your health and wellness.
Stay Home: If you are ill, feel ill, or have been exposed to someone who is ill, bank with us from home by using our mobile or voice banking applications.

To adapt to the changing circumstances, First State Bank and Trust Company will operate under the following guidelines effective Thursday, March 19:
While our drive- thru lanes at our Convenience Bank are fully operational, our Main Bank and Convenience Bank lobbies will be closed to public traffic. Accessibility inside the bank will only be possible with a scheduled appointment. Please call (903) 693-6606 to schedule an appointment to meet with a Loan Officer, New Accounts Representative, Safety Deposit Box Representative, or CD/IRA Officer.
Appointments will only be available between the hours of 8:30 until 2:30, Monday through Friday.
Please do not make an appointment if you or someone in your household has experienced or is currently experiencing flu-like or viral symptoms.
