If I am not currently an online banking user, how do I register?

To register for First State Bank & Trust Company’s online banking service, you may enroll yourself online or visit with a Customer Service Representative at the bank. For assistance, please contact a Customer Service Representative at (903) 693-6606.

Can customers update their contact information with the bank via the new online banking platform?

Unfortunately, the capability to update customer contact information within the online banking platform does not exist. So, it is necessary for customers to contact the bank directly in order to update this information.

Can Touch ID (fingerprint identification) be used to sign-in to the mobile app?

Yes; Touch ID can be used to sign-in to the mobile app.

Does First State Bank & Trust Company’s online banking service support Quicken and QuickBooks?

Yes; both Quicken and QuickBooks are supported.

Can account transfers be scheduled for future dates using the online banking platform?

Yes; both recurring and scheduled transfers will be available using the online banking platform.

With the online banking applications, can transfers to and from external accounts be performed (external accounts are those outside of First State Bank & Trust Company)?

Yes; External accounts can be set up by the customer within the applications to transfer to and transfer from. This service is free of charge.

Does the online banking platform feature the ability to make person-to-person payments?

Yes; the online banking platform features a variety of methods in which one person can make a payment to another person (even if the recipient is not a First State Bank & Trust Company customer).

Can users issue stop payments via the online banking platform?

Yes; one of the many great features of the online banking platform is that customers can issue stop payment orders via the online applications. There is no need to come in to the bank to sign documents to perform this service; the user’s online login credentials will serve as an electronic signature. Stop payment fees will apply.

Is Remote Deposit Capture offered?

Yes; Remote Deposit Capture (mobile deposit) is a built-in feature of mobile banking and will allow the customer to remotely deposit checks using compatible mobile devices.

Do the online banking applications allow a user to hot card a debit card, without having to contact the bank directly?

The new systems will feature functionality that will allow a user to hot card a debit card if one becomes lost/stolen or compromised. However, the customer will still need to come into the bank in order to have a new debit card issued.
